CEO
Ardiana is the CEO of Beriflapp AG. She holds the Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Zurich and has 5+ years of experience in IT-Consultancy. Her decent way of critical thinking for future planning and possibilities steers Beriflapp into the right direction. Leading people is also one of her passions. She is skilled at inspirationally motivating teams to top performance.

Christian is a highly experienced C-level executive and project leader with extensive strategic and operational business and ICT expertise. Specialised in integrated information systems and digitisation of processes, particularly in the public healthcare sector, serving for over 10 years as CIO of a large Swiss hospital group. Additional expertise in conflict resolution and mediation. Currently active as a consultant, coach and mentor.
